Shipping policy

We endeavour to send your purchases as quickly as possible.

• Most, if not all local London based customers will receive their purchases within 1-3 working days via our dedicated delivery team.
• All orders outside of our delivery driver zones will be shipped via courier (the likes of UPS, DHL, DPD, EVRI) and delivered between 2-4 working days.
• For beer orders placed late on Thursday or on Friday, we will ship them after the weekend to ensure that the freshest beer arrives on your doorstep. If the delivery address is local to us we will endeavour to deliver your order on the Thursday (same day) or by the end of the working day Friday.
• We ask that delivery information is made precisely as possible to ensure no issues are found and that your delivery is not delayed.
