Ordering our Products
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you a second email to confirm acceptance. This email will confirm the contract between us confirming acceptance and delivery. You will then receive a third email when the product is out for delivery.
You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If the courier is in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt. We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
Our Liability
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purpose for which products of the kinds are commonly supplied.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
Events Outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of , any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, was, act of terrorism, industrial dispute (whether or not involving employees), or acts of local or central Government or other authorities.
Site Management
We reserve the right, but not an obligation, to Monitor the site for Terms of Use violations. We will take appropriate legal actions against those who are in violation of the terms of use. This is designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper function of the site and the products.
